OAP fined for assaults
MAGISTRATES have fined a pensioner.
Harry Cullen, 68, of Lavender Road, Waterlooville, admitted two assaults by beating. City magistrates fined him £40 for each October 25 offence.
He must pay £250 compensation to each victim, and £115 costs.
