TWO women were assaulted by two others in a play area after an argument broke out, police have revealed.
One of the victims, aged 29, was pushed against a metal gate and kicked, leaving her with head and neck injuries which had to be treated later at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham.

It happened in the play area outside Horatia House in Meriden Road, Southsea on Wednesday at about 8pm.
A 38-year-old woman was also assaulted.
Police staff investigator Tanya Thompson said she believed there were witnesses to the attack and she wanted to hear from them.
She said: ‘This was a violent assault in a play area where a number of people saw what happened.
‘I’d urge any of these witnesses to call us on 101.’
The two women police are hunting in connection with the crime are black, in their 20s, and slim with shoulder-length black hair.
One of the women was wearing a black dress and the other woman was wearing black trousers and a white-coloured top.
Police said the assault happened following an argument between the four women as well as a child.
