A BURGLAR stole a laptop, jewellery and cash from a home in Hill Head.

The theft happened between 9.15am and 6pm on Saturday, November 23, at an address in Short Road, Hill Head, near Fareham. Police have just released details and are appealing for witnesses.

PC Heather Tack said: ‘This is an uncommon incident of this type in Hill Head. Among the jewellery stolen was a gentleman’s rose gold half-hunter pocket watch with two gold sovereigns attached.

‘If you have been offered any jewellery matching this, please call the priority crime team at Fareham on 101.’
