Destiny Parker disappeared on Friday, February 3. She was seen in Powerscourt Road, Portsmouth, at 6.55am, wearing a grey hooded top and black leggings. She is white, 5ft 10 ins tall, has long, mousey-blonde hair and a small mole on her forehead.
