A CAR was smashed up by a vandal in Hill Head, Fareham.

All the windows of a black Kia Sedona were smashed and the wing mirrors were broken off while the car was parked in Solent Road.

The incident took place 
between midnight and 12.20am on Sunday.

PC Heather Tack, from the Fareham Criminal Investigations Department, said: ‘We would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this incident.

‘We are particularly keen to trace and speak to a man who cycled past as the damage was being caused and alerted the owner.

‘We’d also like to speak to a pedestrian who spoke to a police dog handler at the scene and had also witnessed the incident.’

A 32-year-old man from Fareham has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and bailed pending further inquires to return to Fareham police station on Sunday, September 16.
