Police appeal following burglary at Southsea home

POLICE are appealing for information following a burglary in Southsea.

Two men went to a property in St Andrew’s Road at 2.30am on Tuesday. A man knocked the ground-floor window and told the occupant to open the door. It was then forced open. After entering, the offenders fled and left in a car.

No-one was hurt and nothing was stolen. One of the two men was black, in his early to mid-20s, about 5ft 11ins, slim and clean shaven. He wore a dark hoody, zipped up. Anyone with information should call 101 quoting 44160103985.
