Police appeal to track down ‘vulnerable man’
POLICE are appealing for help to track down a ‘vulnerable man’.
Billy Robinson, 25, was last seen in the Chichester area at around 6pm on Tuesday September 17.
He is 6’5”, of large build, with short dark hair, and was last seen wearing a bright blue polo shirt, dark blue cotton tracksuit bottoms and black and white Nike trainers.
He is not to be approached and anyone who has seen him is asked to dial 999 and quote serial number 1281 of 17/09.
