Police delight after they 'caught two males' in Portsmouth trying car door handles before gaining entry

TWO suspects were caught out by police after they were seen trying car door handles before gaining entry to a vehicle.

Whilst out on patrol in an unmarked car in Drayton, officers noticed two men acting suspiciously around cars.

Hants Response Cops, posting on social media, said: ‘Cosham E-Shift out and about last night in an unmarked in Drayton

‘Caught two males who had been trying car door handles and had gained entry into one vehicle - they were both searched and a stolen car key was recovered.

‘Both arrested on suspicion of vehicle interference.’
