MAGISTRATES have fined a man who was found with cannabis at his home.

Daniel O’Conner, pleaded guilty to possessing a class B drug when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

Police found a small amount of the drug at his home in Stakes Road, Waterlooville, on October 5.

The 25-year-old was fined £100 and told to pay £100 in costs.
