A WOMAN who may have seen the culprit of an indecent exposure is being sought by police.

Two 16-year-old girls were walking past the underpass on Petersfield Road, in Havant, when a man whistled at them before pulling his trousers down when they turned to look at him.

It happened between 9.40pm and 10pm on Wednesday June 1, and the man was white, 5ft 9ins tall, skinny, in his 40s or 50s, and of dirty, unkempt appearance.

He was wearing a black woollen hat, a blue and white checked shirt and ripped, pale blue jeans.

PC Adam Mitchell said: ‘The girls have told us that they saw a woman go through the underpass at around the time this incident took place.

‘The girls described this woman as an older lady and we really want to hear from her.’
