The incident took place on Sunday at about 6pm near the Asda superstore in Newgate Lane, Fareham.

An 18-year-old man was walking along the road when he was approached by the men.

One demanded the victim give him his wallet before punching him in the face.

The victim chased him and forced the robber to return the stolen property.

He wore a grey hooded top and was carrying a Nike rucksack.

The other was stocky, 5ft 11in and wearing a short-sleeved chequered shirt.
