Police launch appeal after man punched during driver dispute in Portsmouth

A man was left with a cut on his face after being punched during a dispute between drivers in Portsmouth.Â

The 26-year-old was punched in the incident on Southampton Road in Cosham on July 3 at around 10.45pm. 

Police have released an image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident.
