Police mark eight-year anniversary of man's disappearance
POLICE said a £20,000 reward for information still stands as they mark the eight-year anniversary of a teenager vanishing.
Jordan Ratcliffe was 16 when he vanished, and turned 23 last Thursday. Police said he was last reported to have been seen in Portsmouth.
He is from the Moston area of Manchester and was last seen on August 31, 2008 om Tibb Street, Manchester.
In 2014, police were told he may have been seen in Portsmouth, although there have been no further sightings.
