Surrey Police's Tandridge Beat are offering Jack Hackman a '˜present' after hearing that it was his birthday '“Â and are encouraging him to stop by the station to collect it.Â

They posted on Facebook: '˜Jack Hackman we hear it's your birthday and we'd really like to catch up with you to give you your present.
