Crime commissioner appeals for extra council tax cash to cover Hampshire police’s £10m shortfall

Police are searching for a 14-year-old boy who disappeared from his Sussex home.

They say they are concerned about the safety of Harry Green, 14, who left his home in Bosham yesterday and has not contacted his family since.

Harry is described as white, 6’3”, of slim build, with shoulder-length brown wavy hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded top, black jeans and black trainers.

Sussex Police said he may have travelled to the Petersfield area on the Sussex-Hampshire border.

PC Mark Green, of the missing persons’ team, said: “Although Harry is tall and may appear older than he is, we want to be sure he is safe and well.”

Anyone seeing Harry or who knows of his whereabouts is asked to email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or phone 101, quoting serial 1369 of 09/08.
