Pompey yobs kicked Plymouth fan while he lay on the floor during '˜dockyard derby' clashes
Sean Mitchell, 46, and Simon Hore, 33, were among two of the yobs being hunted by police who decided to hand themselves in after appearing in CCTV images released by the authorities to The News.
They were part of a baying mob who are appearing in Portsmouth Crown Court this week for sentencing over the violent disorder that took place around Guildhall Square in the hours building up to the League Two clash with Plymouth '” dubbed the '˜dockyard derby' '” in April last year.
