MAGISTRATES have fined a teenager for being drunk and disorderly in public.

Jamie Hallitt admitted committing the offence in Carne Place, Port Solent, Portsmouth.

The 19-year-old, who lives in Carne Place, was fined £80 and told to pay £85 costs and £15 to crime victims by Portsmouth magistrates.
