SERIAL alcohol thief Pawel Kozbial has been fined.

The 43-year-old, of Halliday Crescent, Eastney, admitted stealing three bottles of wine worth £17.45 from the Co-op in Highland Road, Southsea, on July 28.

Kozbial also pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of wine from Spar in Fort Cumberland Road, Eastney, on July 9 and a further two bottles of cider from the same Spar store on July 6.

He was ordered to pay £295 in fines, costs and compensation by Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
