DRINK-DRIVER Ian Fabian has been banned from the roads.

Fabian, 45, of St Mary’s Road, Portsmouth, admitted riding a moped in Fratton Road, Kingston, Portsmouth, after drinking too much.

A test revealed his breath contained 67 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35mg.

Fabian was told to pay £220 in a fine and costs and was banned from driving for 16 months by Portsmouth magistrates.
