MAGISTRATES have fined a man for driving without due care and attention.

Leoford Dixon, 39, of Browning Avenue, Paulsgrove, Portsmouth, denied committing the offence while driving a Peugeot 406 in Southampton Road, Portsmouth, on March 29 last year.

But he was found guilty by Fareham magistrates.

Dixon was told to pay £675 in a fine and costs.

Three points were added to his licence.
