Jamie Miller, 28, of Ship Leopard Street, Portsea, admitted two charges of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence on April 7.

Magistrates imposed a three-month jail term suspended for a year with 12 months' rehabilitation activities.

Guy Adams, 54, of Padnell Avenue, Waterlooville, admitted damaging a vehicle on December 5.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with £200 compensation.

Tatenda Chizhande, 24, of Cornwallis Crescent, Landport, admitted drink-driving in Copnor Road, Portsmouth, on December 7.

A test revealed he had 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35.

Magistrates fined him £120 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was banned from the roads for 18 months.

Gareth Larvin, 30, of Southampton Road, Paulsgrove, admitted drink-driving on the M275 on December 8.

A test revealed he had 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

He was banned from driving for 12 months with a £334 fine. He must pay a £33 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Thomas Little, 42, of Doyle Close, North End, admitted drug-driving in Fratton Road on August 18.

Magistrates fined him £120 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned for 12 months.
