Daniel Howard, 24, of Prideaux Brune Avenue, Gosport, admitted driving without insurance and without a licence in James Close on July 28.

Magistrates fined him £120 with a £32 victim surcharge and £55 costs.

Eight points were imposed on his licence.

John Davison, 48, of Wimpole Street, Landport, admitted having articles for use in theft - a screwdriver and wire snips on December 17.

Davison admitted failing to turn up at court on July 1.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with £21 victim surcharge.

He must pay an £85 victim surcharge.

Clive Toone, 44, of Old Road, Gosport, was found guilty of handling stolen goods - six rings - on October 4.

Magistrates imposed a three-month community order with a 12-week tagged curfew between 8pm and 8am.

Toone must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £300 costs.

Ben Stock, 28, of Cambrian Walk, Fareham, admitted assault by beating on January 6 in Fareham.

Magistrates fined him £80 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

A restraining order bans him from contacting the victim for a year.

Barry Riggs, 51, of Fair Oak Drive, Havant, was found guilty of speeding at more than 30mph in Southampton on February 19.

He was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle.

Magistrates fined him £60 with a £30 victim surcharge and £400 prosecution costs.

Rebekah Guest, 43, care of Fairhorne Close, Gosport, admitted failing to attend office appointments in a suspended sentence.

Magistrates fined her £120 with £60 costs.

Stacey Alexander, 29, of Denzil Avenue, Southampton, admitted stealing £104 worth of make-up from Boots in Fareham on June 17.

Magistrates jailed her for 14 days with a £122 victim surcharge.

She admitted failing to turn up at court on July 2 and August 12, and failing to comply with supervision requirements.
