Sarah Diamond, 34, of Brewers Lane, Gosport, admitted driving while banned and without insurance on July 6 in Grimsby.

Magistrates imposed a £120 fine with 12-month ban and 12-month community order with 15 days' rehabilitation activities.

Lorraine Fooks, 51, of Milton Road, Portsmouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order on July 18.

Georgina Miron, 25, of Billy Lawn Avenue, Leigh Park, admitted assaulting a police officer on February 4.

She spat at the police officer.

Magistrates jailed her for eight weeks.

Miron must pay a £122 victim surcharge.

Carly Murphy, 37, of Sparrow Close, Wecock Farm, admitted attempting to steal £1,010 worth of goods from B&Q in Bristol on May 9.

She admitted stealing £1,185 worth of goods from Currys in Chichester on April 5.

Magistrats imposed a 12-week jail term suspended for 12 weeks.

Ailish Cook, 28, of Delphi Way, Waterlooville, was found guilty of driving in a position not having proper control of a Vauxhall Astra in Hazelholt Drive, Havant, on April 24.

Magistrates fined Cook £120 with a £30 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

Magistrates imposed three points on her licence.

Alex Betts, of North Orbital Road, Denham Green, Uxbridge, was found guilty of speeding in Langstone Harbour on a Yamaha Waverunner and fined £1,000.

He must pay £930 costs and a £100 victim surcharge.

Greg Harper, of Ford Lane, Iver, South Buckinghamshire, was found guilty of speeding in Langstone Harbour on June 29 last year.

Harper was fined £440 with a £44 victim surcharge and £930 costs.

Maria Lakatosova, of Lincoln Road, Fratton, admitted dropping bags of rubbish near recycling banks in Nancy Road, Portsmouth, on July 8 last year.

She was fined £440 with a £44 victim surcharge and £226 costs.
