Mark Giles, 44, of Chapel Road, Sarisbury Green, admitted drink-driving in Chapel Road on February 2.

A test showed he had 75 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the 35mg legal limit.

He also admitted assaulting a PC.

Magistrates fined him £750 with an 18-month conditional discharge.

He was banned from driving for two years.

He must pay £250 compensation to the police officer.

Perri Baverstock, 21, of Buckingham Green, Buckland, was found guilty of failing to provide a blood test on September 12.

Matthew Marum, 22, of Gorse Close, Locks Heath, admitted cocaine drug-driving in Newgate Lane, Fareham, on September 28.

He admitted ketamine drug-driving.

Magistrates fined him £40 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Daivd Tiller, 47, of Albert Road, Cosham, admitted fraud by false representation relating to a £1,345 fitting of French doors and windows that he did not carry out.

Magistrates ordered him to pay back the cash and serve a 12-month conditional discharge.
