THIEF Paul Murphy has been told to pay compensation.

Murphy, 40, of Twyford Avenue, Stamshaw, Portsmouth, admitted stealing three cans of lager from Laly’s Food Market in Kingston Road, Buckland, and failing to answer bail. He was told to pay £75 in a fine and costs and £8.07 in compensation by Portsmouth magistrates.
