NATIONAL: Man due in court over manslaughter of Holby City actor’s daughter

MAGISTRATES have found a man guilty of using threatening behaviour.

Karl Swain, from Lowestoft Road, Portsmouth, had denied committing the offence in the same street.

But the 50-year-old was found guilty of the public order offence at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court. He admitted breaching a conditional discharge. He was fined £50 and told to pay £50 in costs. Swain must also to pay £15 into a victims of crime fund.
