MAGISTRATES have fined a man for possessing cannabis and using threatening behaviour.

Michael Blyth pleaded guilty to having the class B drug on him in Howard Road, Portsmouth.

The 34-year-old also admitted a charge of committing the public order offence in the same street – where he also lives – on the same day

Blyth was fined £150 by Portsmouth magistrates.

He was ordered to pay £15 to a fund for victims of crime and £85 in court costs. The drugs are to be destroyed.
