THIEF Anthony Dearing has been told to get help for his drug problem.

Dearing, 30, of Milton Road, Milton, Portsmouth, admitted stealing £62 worth of clothes from Asda in Larchwood Avenue, Havant, on February 26. Dearing also pleaded guilty to stealing aftershave worth £156.13 from Boots in Commercial Road, Landport, Portsmouth, on March 13. He was ordered to undergo nine months of drug rehabilitation treatment by magistrates.

Dearing was also put under supervision for a year.
