MAGISTRATES have ordered a man to pay £150 for being drunk and disorderly.

Matthew Jenkinson was arrested after police were called to a disturbance in London Road, North End, Portsmouth.

Jenkinson, of Montague Road, North End, was the subject of a two-year conditional discharge at the time of the offence.

The conditional discharge had been made two months earlier for an offence of criminal damage.

The 30-year-old pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly and admitted breaching the conditional discharge when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

He was fined £50 and told to pay £100 in costs.
