TWO men who were arrested on suspicion of murder after a teenager died in Portsmouth have been released from custody.

The pair, who are 28 and 32 and both from Portsmouth, and who have not been named, were arrested yesterday evening after the death of the teenager, who has been named locally as Ollie Blatcher.

Mr Blatcher is thought to have been assaulted in Fratton, before going to a home in Sackville Street, Southsea, where he collapsed.

Police said he had suffered significant injuries.

Paramedics were called and he was taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham, and later died.

A police spokesman said: ‘Detectives continue to work hard to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the man’s death, and the investigation is on-going.

‘We are still appealing for anyone with information to call us on 101, quoting Operation Lighter.’
