MAGISTRATES have fined a teenager for possessing cannabis.

Jessica Hensford, 18, of Ernest Road, Buckland, admitted having a joint of the class B drug on her in Portsmouth on July 28.

She was told to pay £150 in a fine and costs by Portsmouth magistrates.

An order was made for the drugs to be forfeited and destroyed under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
