Portsmouth woman who chased victim with broken bottle in Southsea is spared jail
A WOMAN who chased her victim with a broken bottle has been spared jail.
Rosie Franks, 24, of Church Road, Landport, admitted affray and having an offensive weapon on May 12 in Ashby Place in Southsea.
Portsmouth magistrates imposed a four-month jail sentence suspended for a year.
Franks must pay £200 compensation to the victim and complete 10 days' rehabilitation activities.
She must also pay £85 prosecution costs.
