Racist assault by teenager

A MAN has been found guilty of a racist assault.

Jackson Brett, 18, of St James’s Road, Southsea, denied racially-aggravated assault by beating.

But District Judge Anne Arnold found him guilty of the crime committed on November 8 in Portsmouth. He was given a community order with 30 days of rehabilitation. He must do 150 hours of unpaid work, pay £100 compensation, a £60 victim fee and £100 costs.

He is now banned from an address in Albert Road.
