A VALUABLE haul of jewellery, cash, a mobile phone, and a printer was taken after a burglary on a house in Waterlooville.

Raiders forced open a window at the back of a house in Hambledon Road and carried out a search of the property.

The haul included two cameras, a money belt and a briefcase.

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following the break-in, which happened between midday and 5.45pm last Sunday.

PC Nicholas Wisdom said: ‘We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in and around the service road near the property.’ Call 101.
