AN INCREASE in dog fouling at green spaces in Rowlands Castle has sparked concerns.

Rowlands Castle Parish Council is now encouraging people to report owners to East Hampshire District Council.

Lisa Walker, clerk, said: ‘This parish council is concerned by the increase in dog mess left in the public areas of the parish, such as the Green and the Recreation Ground. Most of the parish’s bins are dual purpose.’

Information about regular offenders can be reported to (01730) 234060.
