A SEARCH party will take to the streets of Portsmouth tonight to try and find missing woman Tracy Goddard.

Residents are being called on to join the team, who are meeting near The Hovercraft service in Southsea at 8.30pm before heading off on a hunt for the 49-year-old.

The operation is being co-ordinated by Jordan Watts, 21, of Havant.

Mr Watts said he was moved to help after reading of her disappearance on Facebook.

‘I am concerned and if she has kids then they too will be concerned,’ he said.

‘I would hope someone would do something like this for me.’

As reported, Ms Goddard left her home in Leamington House, Southsea at 8.34am on Monday and has not been seen since.

She headed to Winston Churchill Avenue and was wearing a dark purple coat with fur on the collar and cuffs, black trousers and black boots.

A Hampshire police spokesman said it is thought she may be injured and in need of medical treatment, however details have not been revealed.

Witnesses or anyone with information on where Tracy may be is asked to contact the duty inspector at Southsea police station on 101 quoting 44140388488.
