MOTORCYCLIST Malcolm Cox was caught riding while more than twice the legal alcohol limit.

The 39-year-old, of Priorsdean Crescent, Havant, admitted riding a Suzuki GSX in the same street when he had drunk too much. He was fined £100, and told to pay £85 costs and £15 to crime victims by Portsmouth magistrates, He was also given a 20-month driving ban.
