A MAN caught driving without a licence or insurance has been banned from the roads.

Paul Burckett, 44, of Billy Lawn Avenue, Leigh Park, admitted committing the offences while driving a Volkswagen Golf in Purbrook Way, Waterlooville.

He was told to pay £135 and banned from driving for six months by Fareham magistrates. Eight points were added to his licence.
