DRINK-DRIVER Stephen Harris has been fined.

Harris, 57, who lives care of Bromyard Crescent, Portsmouth, admitted drink-driving in Alfred Road, Portsmouth.

A test revealed his breath contained 58 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 35mcg.

He was fined £325 and told to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for a year by Portsmouth magistrates.
