A man indecently exposed himself to ‘a few’ pupils at a Hampshire school. 

The incident happened at Hamble Primary School at around lunchtime today (November 23).

The school said that the man, who had his face covered, approached a fence near the playground and then exposed himself to ‘a few children’.

BBC News reports that in an email sent by the headteacher Nicola Rickman she said she was ‘saddened and shocked’ to have to inform parents about the incident. 

She wrote: ‘[We] would like to make all parents aware, especially if you have children who would usually walk home alone or play in the park after school.

‘The parents whose children were involved have already been informed and we have also informed the other local schools.’

The suspect is described as being male, white, of slim build and around 5ft 7in and was wearing dark jeans and a black top. 

Police were called at 1.36pm and are investigating the incident.
