Scratch cards worth £1,200 stolen from BP garage in Lee-on-the-Solent

SCRATCH cards worth £1,200 have been stolen after burglars forced their way into a BP garage in Lee-on-the-Solent.

Police have released CCTV images in a bid to catch the thieves who broke into the garage in Broom Way on Thursday November 15 and attempted to get in on Monday November 19.

A police spokesman said: '˜We're releasing some CCTV images following two burglary incidents in Lee-on-the-Solent.

'˜The first incident took place at around 2am on Thursday November 15.

'˜Entry was forced into the BP garage on Broom Way and around £1,200 worth of scratch cards were stolen from inside.

'˜Similarly, at around 2am on Monday, November 19, attempts were made to force entry into the same garage. These were unsuccessful, however damage was caused to the doors.'
