SERIAL thief Maria Clark has been let off with a conditional discharge.

Clark admitted stealing meat and a bottle of vodka worth £11.52 from a Tesco store in Havant on January 16.

The 37-year-old, of Priorsdean Crescent, Havant, also pleaded guilty to stealing clothes from Sports Direct in Selbourne Road, Havant, on the same day.

And she admitted stealing a comb and scissors from Pets At Home in Solent Road, Havant, also on January 16.

She was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £3.50 compensation to Tesco and £40 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
