POLICE have issued a CCTV image of a man in connection with an assault at the Copnor Road Co-op in Portsmouth.

A 24-year-old male employee was punched in the face during an argument about the shop’s policy on customers’ dogs at around 9pm on Friday, May 31.

The man police want to talk to is white and tanned, of average build, around 5ft 9in, and wore a white hooded top, blue shorts, and flip-flops. He was with a brown and white springer spaniel.
