BEGGAR Ian Baldwin has been fined.

The 32-year-old, of no fixed abode, admitted begging for change in Albert Road, Southsea, when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

He was ordered to pay a £25 fine and £15 to a fund for crime victims.
