A MOTORIST has been fined for driving without due care and attention.

Lauren Allen, 20, of Bramshott Road, Southsea, admitted committing the offence on September 30.

The Vauxhall Astra she was driving collided with another vehicle after she pulled out of Langstone Road onto Eastern Road in Portsmouth.

Allen was fined £100 and told to pay £100 compensation and £15 to crime victims and £85 costs by Fareham magistrates.

Six points were added to her driving licence.
