MAGISTRATES have fined a man for obstructing a police officer.

Ian Dyke, 41, who lives care of Hereford Road, Southsea, admitted committing the offence in Portsmouth on August 5.

He was fined £65 by Portsmouth magistrates.

Dyke must also pay £15 into a fund for crime victims.
