A MAN has been fined for possessing cannabis.

Oliver Turner, from Talbot Road, Southsea, pleaded guilty to having the drug on him in Southsea.

The 23-year-old was fined £100.

He was ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Turner was also ordered to pay £85 in court costs at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
