A MAN was caught with cannabis on him at a police station,

Sean Jackson, from Cromwell Road, Southsea, pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing the class B drug at Portsmouth Central police station in Winston Churchill Avenue.

The 45-year-old was fined £75 and told to pay £20 to a fund for crime victims and £50 in court costs by magistrates.

An order was made for the drugs to be destroyed under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
