A MAN admitted being drunk and disorderly.

Alan Cassells, 34, of Waverley Road, Southsea, committed the offence in Osborne Road, Southsea.

He was fined £75 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £85 in court costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
