MAGISTRATES have fined a man for possessing cannabis.

Riad Lorabi, from Hollam Road, Southsea, pleaded guilty to having the class B drug on him in Portsmouth.

The 27-year-old was fined £100 and told to pay £15 into a fund for victims of crime and £85 in court costs.
